have successfully completed the following:
- Completely remodeled the interior of the Outreach Center at 5700 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. This project included demolition and construction of classrooms, offices, kitchen, walk-in pantry, large multipurpose room and restrooms.
- Completely remodeled the exterior and interior of the facility, construction of a parking lot, interior and exterior storage compartments and landscaping.
- Performed the demolition phase of our new church building project in collaboration with Nabholz Construction Company, which included mulitple buildings on three (3) city blocks adjacent to our main campus located at 5722 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Alvin Green, owner of River City General Contractors Inc., is very professional, competent, and honest and performed each job with a spirit of excellence. We were highly satisfied and pleased witht the timeliness of each job; the high quality of work; and the commitment to tailor and customer each project to meet the total needs of our congregation. We began the grueling process with the idea of building a new sanctuary, little did we know it would be a 3-4 year process and we would eventyally remodel our sanctuary and not build a new facility. As a small congregation with very little construction experience among our leadership, we were concerned about the process of construction jobs. We didn't want our membership to experience some of the horrific stories we've heard from sister churches in our communities. Things like budget overtures, excessive construction change orders and finish products that weren't quite finished.
After much prayer, we placed our trust in River City General Contractors Inc.
This was the best decision we made during the entire process. The timely manner in which the project was completed, the quality products that were used, the skilled craftsmanship and custom designs settled our building concerns. The communication and the willingess of Bro. Alvin Green to work with us in every aspect settled our nerves. While it wasn't a completely comfortable process (no construction job is), it was an enjoyable one to watch as Bro. Green transformed our sanctuary from something out of the 1970's to something that looks like in belongs in 2015.
In the near future, we will be beginning construction on another building. It is no doubt that River City General Contractors Inc.
will be our contractors. We highly recomment this company, whose strengths are its integrity and the fact that it can be trusted to carry out the job to completion.

Pulaski County Special School district is a large urban K-12 school district with schools and non-institutional facilities speard across the central Arkansas metropolitan area. Mr. Green and his team have successfully completed dozens of projects with varying size, scope, complexity, and completion schedules, and always brought these jobs in on schedule and on budget. I'm very impressed with the professionalism, pride of workmanship and flexibility that River City General Contractors Inc.

Mr. Green and his team are very familiar to the PCSSD family, its facilities, and key staff members. I frequently receive emails and phone calls from building administrators during and after projects awarded to River City, and I must say it is a wonderful affirmation not only of the type of person Mr. Green is, and the type of operation he runs, but more importantly of the excellent craftsmanship and value he demands from his subcontractors on the customers' behalf.
Alvin gets it! He's a stickler for detail and completes every job as if his children were enrolled at that school. He has, on more than one occasion, offered better valued solutions on projects than we originally scoped in our statement of work. Simply put, he knows how to get the job done!

Since being called to Longley in July of 1999, I've been working hard to successfully build God a new church. I've prayed and fasted, interviewed many architects and contractors. After intense investigation, we settled on Keith Miller from Architect and Associates and River City General Contractors Inc., where Alvin Green is the president.

1. We believe Alvin Green is committed to his trade. He takes his business seriously and does his job with great care, quality and in a timely fashion. He's done a marvelous job for Longley and we appreciate all he's done to get us in our new building.

The facility looks great. I am particularly impressed with the fine craftsmanship that is obvious in the woodwork, including the bookcases, staircases, molding and trim.

From the time your company was chosen by our church to assist us in the building of God's church, we have not found an occasion in which we were not completely satisfied with your work. Your personal concerns and suggestions were very useful in helping our committee to stay within our financial goals. Our edifice speaks for itself and is a testimony to the personal concern you provided in this endeavor. Our working relationship was always warm, friendly and cordial, with changes by both sides being entertained and handled in an admirable way.
From the time we agreed on the plans to our entrance into the building, you have provided excellent and quality service. The craftsmanship and technical skills exhibited by your staff was excellent and beyond reproach. Your choice of sub contractors from the excavators to the interior finishers, were all professionals who did excellent work, in which we are totally satisfied.

My name is J. Barrington Minix, Sr. and I serve as Senior Pastor of Gaines Street Missionary Baptist Church. Gaines Street Missionary Baptist Church was constructed in 1949.
